Centennial, CO Purchased as a part of $4M 1031 exchange. The buildings were not managed well and needed plenty of detail work. The entire property was cleaned and repainted. The parking lot was repaired and a new seal coat was applied.  Lighting and signage were repaired and improved.

The three-building, 60,000 SF complex was subsequently condo mapped and the first building was sold to an investor. Another building sold 6 months later. One final building remains, which is one-half leased. In this submarket of Colorado, R&D leases are difficult to complete, so a for-sale strategy is the way to go to final out the project.
